I purchased software from this company and paid twice as much for the product in order to have the software sent to me on a CD. I had been waiting for the CD to arrive, only to find out that the company expects me to download the program from their website. RegSoft.com had no intention of sending me a CD by mail when they charged me double the price for their product, and I am not going to download anything, nor do I even want their product now. I expect a full refund to my credit card and will except nothing less from these people. These folk's are a bunch of thief's!
