Sent the $900 laptop to be repaired. They said it cannot be repaired. When I got the laptop back, the DVD-RW rom was missing. That's $120 part on the laptop. I tried to contact them, the guy with south Asian accent was very rude. Be aware when you deal with this company located in 2507 STORY RD San Jose, CA.
