I purchased a Dell 26 LCD TV. This was sent back several times and replaced due to a known defect.
The last time I called was due to the fact this was defective as well. I was on hold and talked to over 30 people. Transfered dozens of time. I spent 11 hours (have documentation) on the phone. At the end, I was called back by a senior employee and told they are shipping a new tv out and will need me to send the replacement back. They gave me the tracking numbers for the shipping.
Then several days later I didnt get and I call back. It comes to find out another rep looked into the case and said the first person was mistaken and I shouldnt have gotten a replacement. To bad that they made a mistake. So they had fedex return the package to them and now I have a defective tv. No exchanges b/c they already replaced the tv a few times.
No response into 11 hours on the phone with them or that they gave me tracking and an employee stated I was due a new one. Too bad they said.
I will never use Dell again and will be telling everyone about how they break promises.
