Gives you the runaround and will not let you cancel Ohio

KBtoys.com Iplaced an order they received it processed it took 10 days then they changed it to backordered so I emailed them and told them Iam canceling my order and wouldtry to purchase the item elsewhere and low and behold 12 hours later my card was charged and the y claimed it has been shipped. My guess is had i not stated i would cancel it would still be on backorde
