Bought a software to watch satellite tv from my pc, paid $37.72 never receive anything

They announce a software to watch satellite tv on pc at $37.72 everything was process with the credit card.
Then they tell you that a confirmation email detailling your purchase has been sent to the email address.
After you are brought back to the order page to COMPLETE YOUR ORDER and then nothing happen.
You cannot go further on the site, you do not receive your email and you don't receive your product.
So i got RIPOFF.
