5gbhosting.com ripoff consumer fraud ripoff fails their own guarantee no refunds Who Knows Won't List - But Domain List Says LONDON somewhere in the US, but claims UK as home...
Much like my previous experience www.5gbhosting.com sucks as a webhosting group. Their claim is taht there is a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
Guess what? They had lost my domain for over 45 days! Meaning it would take them over 4500 days of service to get back to 99.99 percent, well I only signed up for 3 years. Something tells me it ain't going to happen. Plus the 45 days they missed was only after 4 months of service - and it could be more sinceI forgot to check my site for the months of November and December! And if it wasn't for me complaining for 2 weeks straight, they never would have done anythig about it. And even after I did complain, 5gbhosting.com still got it worng and it took another week to solve it correctly!
Now in the last week 5gbhosting.com have stopped contacting me or responding to me.
Oh and not all of their email addresses work! Most of them fail!

So you would think a company would care? Nope they don't! So be forewarned! Don't use them.
Currently I will be contacting the US BBB and the UK's version.
