When will these so-called 'BIG WIG" corporations, manufacturers, etc. Realise that it's their customers that should always come first? The continued poor, inept, ill-trained or not trained, incompetent oversees workers, has at last caught up with this so-called "high end" 36-year old software company. And not a moment too soon either. Not surprising to see Microsoft laying off 15K staff worldwide. And with a supposedly "new" version of Windows, to end all versions, due out this year AFTER all the continued adverse reports, problems, disadvantges and non-ending poor quality VISTA product is just a "last gasp" effort of a once innovative, unique product. Therefore, I am not surprised at this "last gasp" effort to "save face" and "salvage" the Internet Explorer hacking that just occurred recently. It won't work. Microsoft is only continuing to "paper" over the already embedded cracks, as it were, by trying to "convince" a customer market in the hopes that this will be a "light at the end of the tunnel". It couldn't be further from the truth. This will only be another compounded problem put on top of an already ongoing debilitating software product issue.
I have no respect for any and all computer manufacturers who continually contract with/use Microsoft products as their operating system, whilst not acknowledging that the software problems are creating a "bad name" for them. I have never had so many incidences as I have had within this last year, having to replace one new PC with another new PC and still, still have the exact identical software issues! I'm not the only indivdual in this corporate merry-go-round mess, but as per usual, they don't/won't listen to us "peasants".
