$400.00 REBATE for 3 years. I paid MSN for 2 years @21.95 did not have a problem. Their tech. Support told me to down load something do not remember what it was but it caused a problem with my connecting on line. I tryed to resolve the issue for 2mo. Msn refunded [email protected] to my credit card. Tryed to resolve for another mo. They could not resolve it. Wasted hours of my time I told them to cancel my contract for no service they said i would not be charged for cancelling for a service they can, t provide.
Now they say its in the contract everyone has to pay their contract off plus penaltys and their not resposible to provide us service. How can anyone charge you for a service they can, t provide and be legal to harras you and screw up our credit. Their needs to be laws for these internet companys seems they can do what ever they want. I even had a supervisor tell me I could finsh my contract out if they could get me back on line. WELL they could not get me back on line. But i stll owe them they say.
