In the process of seeking help for what I thought was an internet connection problem I was sold a contract for what I thought was for servicing my computer.in speaking with the computer tech I found out this was not the case it is only for software. After being on the line with these people waiting and being cut off twice asked to be transferred back to a service rep to cancel. She told me I would be charged $110.00 to cancel. This contract is costing me $180.00. I am a senior citizen 73 years old living on social security and I will find this to be a hardship.
