I ordered a Garmin GPS on Nov. 30 and my card was charged on Dec 2. On Dec 15 I received an e mail saying there had been a problem... The warehouse did not receive the paperwork to ship the item. They asked if I wanted to cancel or to ship it. I told them to ship it.
I never rec'd a tracking number. I e mailed them 6 or 7 times and called repeatedly but could never reach a human. This company is a fraud. I have submitted all this information to my bank hoping that they can reimburse me.
