I simply had a phone connected for my Child in Sept. 2008. The very first month it was good, However The next month had these costs of. 95,29.95, & 19.99's onto it. I emmediately named windstream to discover what within the garbage was happening, they might just respond, properly its not people, you'll need to contact the 1-800 # to obtain any solutions. And so I did that, however the delay times were completely too much time 32 min. And so I called back and waited the full time, simply to obtain a run-around about how she'd a PC, by which was a rest, she does not have one! I went Round & round together for around 25 minute. & ultimately they Decided To Credit her Phone Company (Windstream) within 3 payment periods. The nerve of this sorry butt organization to victim on people whom don't have any contact thru internet & nevertheless attempt to cost them!!! We're still awaiting our REIMBURSEMENT/CREDIT. Oh, & dec. BILL a Vox Path attempted to cost ger telephone bill having a $ 19.99 cost twice. I'm lacking it, or are we investing in this garbage, what these companies are doing is illegal. We didn't buy it and we're not spending money on it!!!
