I filed a claim on Oct 21. Between Oct 21 and Nov 21, I updated my case number: PP-571-151-866.
PayPal emailed me on Nov 21st stating that it was taking a little longer... But then they turned around and closed the dispute on Nov 22nd. I did not see this until the middle of Dec, because PayPal did not send an email or anything, but stated that they emailed me. They also stated that they refunded me the amount of $9.99.
So my question is "which one was it?" 1. They closed the dispute in favor of the seller, who not once answered or updated the case. 2. They stated they emailed me, which there is no record of. 3. They also stated that a refund was initiated, which there is no record of, because I sure did not get it.
