Sold to me and my 13 year old son a blackberry cell phone on e bay. She recieved the money, we recieved no phone

My son wanted a cell phone for his birthday, we went to e bay and bid on this blackberry phone together. He worked for his grandma cleaning the horse barn, to pay for half the cost of the phone. I thought I was teaching him responsibility but we got scammed. We sent her the Money order, and she didnt send the phone. My son just didnt understand why some one would do such a thing. I have sent numberous e mails no reponse. Please help my son get his B day money back!!! Thank you
