This is woman (TRACEY) who is an independent sales rep for Slumber parties has the worse customer service I have ever seen. The party was held on 8/15/09. One of the girls at the party order items, which one was backorder (understandable), but two other ones she did not receive. Tracey was contacted over a dozen times from this girl to get her items... Tracey never called her back. I even contacted Tracey via email after a month and half went by... She respond to me that she did infact made the error and had the items (for well over 2 weeks), but waiting for the girl to call her. Who does that! Who holds products of yours and waits for you to contact them especially when you made the error! Well, the girl did contact her numerous times-got voice mails only!!! And no call back from Tracey. Then she called home office of the company (which I was also on the phone) and they stated that even though they got her money, since Tracey is an idependent contractor, they couldn't help her. And Tracey still to this day has not contacted this girl... After a couple more voice mails... Still no products... Still no refund... RIP OFF!!!
I reccomend not to use this lady. She doesn't know how to handle her clients... This was from a 900.00 party with bookings... The girl I'm talking about spent over 200.00 herself in cash... Looks like Tracey is trying to take the money and run!!!
Don't use her!!!
