I sent 2 cell phones, a motorola, and a blackberry pearl to trade it in, and they denied they ever recieved it, and I lost 65 dollars. Torrance California

They totaly never replied to my emails regarding my blackberry pearl, they would eventually answer once stating that we have never recieved it. I lost all of the trade in value, lost the blackberry as well.
