Acer the unit boght the 22sept 08 and they have it since then

This unit was sent 2 weeks after i had bought it... And they have had it since then going back and forth for repairs 5 times so far and as of today they refused to re-imburse me or replace it
1) time webcam wire loose
2) mother board changed
3) usb ports changed
4) formated hard drive and check for corruption
5) replaces hard drive and formated again

I have not used this thing yet all i have been doing is getting it back from repairs and sending back the same day for new problems...

They refused to replace it...
I sent a fax and talked to corporate..
Last service call 1-44 02 a6

Frances id 37425 (refused to replace said I abused it how can I kept it one hour before calling it in for repairs.
Eric tech support level 2 (recommended I get it replaced on the 4th time It was sent in REFUSED HIS direct phone is 254-298-4416
