AntiVirusXpress offered a good price for a Norton Antivirus program and sent me instructions for the download. During the download my original Norton security disappeared and I could not find where the download went. I tried several times to contact them but they never replied. There were no phone numbers to call. Then I found that they are not an official Norton Symantec site and only do their business through paypal. They took my money, ignored my request for a refund, and in my opinion, sent a virus to infect my computer! It appears that they have no connection with Symantec so next time I will know to always go to an official Norton Symantec website for service.
