I checked my bank account and noticed a suspicious charge that had already cleared my checking account. It said the charge was for February 22 for $194.99 for NORTON *SOFTWARE NORTON COM. I don't use Norton products. I noticed that there were also pending charges on my account that had not cleared for the same company. A charge on February 23 for $210.10 and a charge February 24 for $85.10. Both for norton *software norton com. I called my bank and notified them about the clearly fraudulent charges. They canceled the card, told me to come by the bank the next day to file formal paperwork, and call Norton to get them to reverse the charges that had cleared. I called Norton. The customer service rep was of no help to me and kept me on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up.
I want the charges reversed immediately. I didn't buy your products. It's incredibly obvious the card was used fraudulently. There would be no reason for me to purchase $490.09 in Norton products.
