My daugter wanted this as a Christmas Present. I placed an order with this company for two microphones and a music cartridge in mid November. The company never answered their phone (both the 888-881-SING or their local number). Nor did they reply to my numerous e-mails. My credit card was charged by the next day but weeks later still no product. I have to dispute the charge and try to get something for her by Christmas. Buyer Please Beware. I would buy from a dealer and not the company directly but good luck trying to get a hold of them for repairs or replacements.
