AKA LEADSINGER Charged my credit card but could not download purchase. Would not respond to phone calls or email

I purchased 2 kareoke songs from ES2ENTERTAINMENT.com AKA LEADSINGER. I was planning to purchase much more but wanted to test the 2 file formats first.

Fortunately, I spent less than $2.00 because I could not download the songs as the site displayed a website error. I tried using Internet Explorer and FireFox on a PC with Vista. They would not respond to phone calls or emails.
