I send 1/10/09 my Karoke unit for repair and have not seen or Heard from them ever since

I contancted leadsinger about my defective unit to get it fix or replace, I send it to them as directed (1/10/09) To this day they almost a year later, still don have my mic or hear form them, I e. Mail them, fax them, to fix it or returned my unit back, they ignore me, I send a complain to The BetterBusinessBureal, they olso had the same, no luck with this people
