Requested two tarps from organization, never got verification of delivery - after calling them repeatedly, was informed them was sold-out. I'd been already billed, and so I requested to get a return. Needed to talk to three individuals, and nearly 8 weeks later, I still don't have my cash back. I've posted a proper problem through the BBB.
