HORRIBLE purchase site process and customer support.
The purchase site posted after one press (no evaluation screen, no capability to agree with delivery expenses) It approved an order without any lastname with no nation joined after which defaulted the nation towards the first one, alphabetically, AFGHANISTAN! That is correct, California, Afghanistan... And billed $134 delivery for just one tarp (must have been $8!)
I called, terrified the purchase experienced without having to be ready to determine exactly what the delivery could be. They were able to deliver the tarp but have yet to return the delivery distinction - it has been per month
They keep saying another person needs to agree it, the delivery & reimbursement department. Isn't area of the same organization - should be a third party drop ship event.
No method to operate a company. I simply want there have been more locations to publish grievances.
