I'm a resident of Puerto Rico where UOL Juno service is not even available. I found maybe too late, that I was being charged since April the amount of $9.95.
I had no idea what this charge was. My wife did found out what the charge was about a month ago and since then I've trying to cancel the account.
I have not been able to do it because I have no access to the toll free numbers provided by them, because Puerto Rico is not in their access area. But unfortunately my credit card is.
I have no idea how they found out my credit card number. I never received a confirmation of my suscription or any communication at all. Also there are no e-mails available to noncustomers.
I'm going to have to cancel my credit card and get a new one buy I have no idea how to get my money back because I can't find any mailing address to write to them.
Companies like this should be severely punished and customers like me shoud be reimbursed not only the amount wrongly charged but a compensatory amount as well for all the troubles and headaches caused by them.
