On October 27 my email ceased getting the e-mailes. After calling their assistance I had been informed hello conscious of the issue which is influencing all their clients and it'll be set within 2 hours... Nowadays is November 2 the thing is just partually fixed, continues to be can't get the emails in the the majority of areas, (e-mails from some large companieds like Paypal for instance) began to proceed though... Named their assistance every single day, each time was informed it'll be set in 2 hours... Assistance in India is totaly hopeless, online assistance merely began to indicate my demands "Resolved" without having addressing them.
Appears like Windstream like a business isn't ready to solve technicall problem to get a week!!! I suppose I have to discover various company...
I highly NOT recomend them... If you're able to steer clear... Steer clear...
