And so I've had more than 15 various site located with web.com and since they purchased interland.com there support went down-hill... I needed to stop a website hosting strategy which was no further a customer. Because it was 5 times after dark restoration day they don't I would like to stop and need to cost me a "termination charge". What's with this. All I get from assistance is processed solutions and that I need to "speak" to billing. I ve e-mail many people in tech-support also it appears no body cares... WEB.com assistance is horrible... They don't worry about current customers and appear to not worry about keeping company. Steer clear!
