I paid eric gillette w / gsolutions $6,000 in april and all i have got are excuses on why my project isnt completed. My attorney said my case would fall under unfair and deceptive trade practices and attorney fees are around 3,000 to sue. Eric told me he doesnt have the $6,000 to pay me back neither does the company. So this is pointless. He has victimized to many people and he needs to be put in jail. charlotte/mecklingburg police dept 704 336 7600. If they give you any problems filing a report ask to speak to a supervisor. Please note, to my knowledge eric was in transit between ny and nc between the dates of jan- march. I could be wrong about these dates. If your crime happened after those dates you can file. If not i will help you to find the correct department to file w / in the state of new york.
You can make a police report and that is a good thing to do because it will be on file to help others justify thier claim. If you want to press charges you must appear in charlotte to talk w / the majestrate and he can issue a warrant for arrest. I would call to make sure your information and evidence justify a warrant. If a warrant is issued and eric is arrested you will have to appear in court to testify. Fyi the state of nc has a law of unfair and deceptive trade practices. Typically you can sue for 3x loss plus legal. If eric cant pay me $6,000 i wouldnt go this route expecting any return. You can sue a person in this state by placing an ad in the paper you dont have to inform the person of the suit and when they dont appear in court. You may get a continuence or the court rule on your side if you live out of state. You can then get a judgement placed on the individual through the clerks office.
