Eric Gillette charged my Amex card on December 11th for $11,000. I reversed the charge with American Express initially.
Eric Gillette was contacted by American Express and then to support this charge he provided American Express with a forged document that said that I bought topfashionexpress.com from him. What Eric actually did was lift my notarized signature from another document and then created a fraudulent contract saying that I bought topfashionexpression.com from him.
I then found the true owner of topfashionexpression.com whom Eric Gillette had sold the business to prior. I have a sworn affidavit from the owner stating that he bought the business from Eric Gillette which I provided to American Express.
Unfortunately because of the forged document he provided American Express they found in his favor. They never conducted a full investigation.
This is not the end of the story though. There is more to come. If you have been ripped off by Gsolutions Online and its owner Eric Gillette please contact me at [email protected] I would really like to hear your story.
