I recently purchased a printer online from Woot.in the instructions there are list of items included. Two of the items were missing including a USB cable to connect the printer to the computer. When I emailed the service department about the missing USB cable, I was told that they their advertisement did not say a USB cable was included.
Their advertisements never say what is included in the box. Their advertisements are always some little story that might have something to do with actual product. The problem I have is how am I suppose to buy something from a company if I cant trust that all the parts will be included.
Do they open the box and take out things that they can sell separately? I cant buy anything from Woot anymore because if I give a gift with only some of the parts I will look like an idiot.
