Hey i am a cvs.com online customer and ordered a bunch of stuff on the 9th of october for next day air shipping

The order was never confirmed in email as promised and i WAS charged but the order was NEVER processed. I called on the 13th before 12 pm and asked what the deal was and the lady on the phone politely helped me canceled the order and redid the order as it was originally and charged nothing for shipping and had it go as next day air cause i needed this to go for the week but I WAS charged again for the order. She said because it has been processed that day before 12 that it will be shipped the next day with ups as next day air works. I work in an online retail business with similar online shopping cvs has with customers so i know what she said made sense and the mistake could have happened the week before. So i get a confirmation email of the order.

The next day i still have not received tracking information
no email that the order is out of process it still says in process. So i call them up and get a different person this time she said that there is no way the order can be processed if i ordered it the day before. That didnt make sense and i know for sure its totally bull. But she assured that it will be processed the next day and i will receive wednesday or thursday.

I checked email today and still no confirmation on tracking it says its still in process. I really dont get how next day air takes a week to just process after being charged at two different times. I call again get put on hold for almost 30 minutes plus and get told that because i placed the order on monday that it shouldnt be processed for like a week and then that one item is hazmat on the order. I was not told what item is was. I dont know why that information of what i had ordered to be hazmat is withheld when its my order. So they said they cant deliver it air.

I KNOW THIS i work with hazmat all the time it never said that soap was a hazmat and in fact i know its not only thing could possibly the hair frizz as it has a sprayer but nothing in the order is concentrated or compacted or condensed. But assuming that is the item why didnt you tell me what it was the third time i called which was today on wednesday the 15th. So apparently it wont be processed for a week and even then it wont be shipped out until 3 to 5 business days after because of ups. The whole order is being ground shipped when i was given the option of next day air i needed this before monday 13th and just now was told i wont get this for about a week or so and i need to just accept that.

3 different stories and the 2nd two were absolute bull. Then i was told i have to wait for how fast ups will work to update the tracking and they said it takes 24 hours later after it is sent from you guys thats not true either it takes less than a second to get a tracking number that is how ups is able to get it from you is from that tracking number so why am i being badly lied to okay 3 different stories charged twice just wanted some home products for a friend last week and now im getting lied to and charged for items that may or may not come in a week or two

And i have never gotten a call or email regarding ANYTHING about the delay or problems each time it was an off the wall reason why it wont be processed

Its just soaps and hair stuff its not a freaking car from oversees or a computer from Dell why must buying soap online be a scam

Im giving it one more day and i will call tomorrow will i hear another lie with a completely different story? And it still be "in process" with no email telling me what happened? Ups business pick ups end around 3 pm everywhere process is simply billing charging and pulling order and having it ready to be shipped

Why is soap requested for next day air going to take almost two damn weeks

I wouldnt be so pissed right now if you guys had at least made an effort to let me know it was a mistake or error and try to contact with phone number or email that both were provided

This is getting rediculous
