I called AOL customer service for a technical problem. A few months later I was charged $79.99 to my account I use for AOL billing without authorization for AOL Credit Alert.
I didn't order this, accept it from a telemarketer, nor was I offered it when I made the service call. Legal action needs to be taken against these people for making unauthorized charges to credit cards.
