This site for Surplus Alert offers you a "free" ebay kit. The only price you have to pay are the shipping charges. At this point the credit card number was given for the shipping charges. A few days later you recieve an e-mail stating that you are being billed $29.99 a month starting now for a website that was never ordered. Then you find out that the only way to cancel the order is to mail them a letter. However by the time they recieve that letter the charges will have already been made.
