I ordered the Nordic Style Winter Boots (2 pair). One for me and one for my husband. I also ordered the Marvel fleece lined comfort slippers for my husband. I have sent several e-mails and tried to make several long distance phone calls.
No response to the e-mail and the phone rings busy. I understand this company is also in Canada. I told the bastards if they could not supply my product, then I want my money back. I did at one point receive an e-mail from them telling me 3-5 weeks for delivery, but this is rediculis and unacceptable.
I also received a prior e-mail telling me the slippers were out of stock, but they didn't go ahead and send the boots. I ordered with my credit card online. Can you help with this situation?
