I tried to buy Net Detective 8 online from Harris Digital Publishing Group, Harris Digital Publishing 1392 South Woodland Blvd DeLand, FL, 32720
The internet transaction failed to process my Master Card 3 times and failed, so they say. I called Master Card and they say the transaction did go through. I filed their tech report, but no reply. They did send the following.
Once in a while our computer servers get overloaded and
people interested in our products are not able to get their orders through. I'm wondering if this happened to you.
The other day, it appears that you visited our
NET DETECTIVE 8.0 site and filled out an order form for
Net Detective, but the order did not go through.

It seems that they tell the same lie over and over. Fat chance of my going to their site again. I have not only filed a complaint here, but with Master Card. I will have the transaction voided and have asked Master Card to revoke their merchant status. Avoid them like the plauge and do all you can to let the eworld know of this rip off.
