We also are under attack by this computer rip off company. Received a bill for 13 minutes and $63.57. We absolutely did not access this site.
We did send a letter rejecting the bill and sent copies to the Indiana Better Business Bureau.indiana forwarded our complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta, GA on December 6. We have not been contacted by the Atlanta office.
We have now received a notice from what I assume is their own collection agency which just happeneds to be a PO Box in Norcross GA.
We are sending a certified letter to their "censored" "collection agency" stating that it is a fraudulent bill.
I am shocked that our governmental agencies have not stepped in and closed this company down. I see victums from all over the country on this consumer complaint site. Unsolicited porn, US Mail use for theft, interstate crime involving thousands and thousands of dollars from children and elderly. I sincerely hope they put all of them including ever employee in jail for a long time.
