On 5/19/03 I received a bill from Alyon Technologies for supposedly accessing premium web content only 5 days earlier (5/14/03). Although the bill was addressed to me, I do not own the billing telephone number (nor do I own a computer).
I e-mailed the company and was told to send a copy of my telephone bill or a letter from my telephone company stating I am not responsible for the telephone account (which my telephone company refuses to do, although they assure me I am not listed on the account).
I refuse to send a copy of my telephone bill and give Alyon Technologies more information about me which they will most likely use to commit more (censored)! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also plan to file complaints with state and federal authorities according to suggestions I have read on this website.
