Alyon Technologies dirty business (censored) Norcross Ga
On April4 we received a bill in the mail from Alyon Technologies for adult premium web content for 244.50. We were in a state of shock as we had never heard of any of this. We called the phone number listed on the bill and spoke to a woman who said her name was Dianne. She was very abusive and threatening telling us we WOULD pay this bill even though we say it is not our bill and we aren't paying it. She then said we would be getting another bill in a few days and that she was locking us out so we couldn't use this service anymore, (as if we care). On April 7 we did receive another bill this one for 156.48. We now owe 400.98.
We have notified the FBI, FTC, A.G. GA, BBB, Postal Service, Legal Services for senior citizens and others having any interest in this nightmare we are going through. We sent a certified letter to Alyon saying we absolutely refuse to pay them anything. Right after that we started getting filthy email, some featuring children. We had to pay a computer consultant to completely go through our computer. He told us that we were the victims of intruders who installed a dialup. He installed new everything.
On May 3 we received a 3 page letter telling us to send them information so they can determine if we are guilty of this. We are in our 60's and have a 13yr old son and none of us have anything to do with this. Alyon says if it might be that a minor has done this, we should send a notarized letter with the minors ID with the picture blacked out as proof. FAT CHANCE!!!
So glad to see your usacomplaints.com, it helps to know we aren't alone. This has caused us so much stress and anguish. Also we've spent money, man power and gas. We have decided that these rotten porn pushers ought to be sued and sent to prison and if we can help we will.
By the way, when we got the card back from Alyon for the certified letter, it was signed J. Doe. Isn't that clever?
