We have received a bill from the above address. We have been charged $171.15 for something we had nothing to do with. They also said that if we were unable to pay the amount our account will be forwarded to a collection agency.

I believe they can't state that in the first bill. Anybody who will send a bill to get money from innocent people are the lowest (censored) on earth. Please do something about this!!
