Yes, yet another complaint against Alyon Technologies. Like many others, my husband and I received a bill in the mail. We had never heard of Alyon Technologies, nor did the bill state what kind of company they were or what we were being billed for. We had to go on the internet and do a search on Alyon to find out. To be honest we were shocked and very embarrassed as to what we were being billed for.
As with many others we did not use this company/service. We received our second bill ($53.79) which informed us it is serioudly past due, it's going to be transferred to a collection agency, etc.
Well to bad, so sad. Alyon, you're not getting a red penny from us. 1) we didn't use your sick service, 2) if you're going to try to play real company, get a real person for customer service (which we know why you won't do that, 3) if you want money, get off your butt and get a real job instead of trying to scam people. We don't mean to be rude, but come, get a life.
We have contacted the Federal Trade Commission in Georgia and logged in a complaint here. We get another bill... We won't stop there next time.
