HI there! Boy is this a whopping fraud story! I have spent close to $6,000 dollars on govdeals, govliquidation in the past 4 month's. I have bid and won a diesel compressor, two commericial lawn mowers all advertised as in fair condition. Well; all are total junk with repairs costing more that I paid for the item's. Advertised as in Fair condition and running! Forget complaints to state! They are a huge waste of time. One of the sellers is the city of myrtle beach south carolina. The town manager there answer the complaint the state sent to him on my behalf with pure lie's! He said I had chance to inspect the grass cutter's when I went to the city warehouse and made a deposit on them. I mailed them because I live in another state. I told the state attourney general's office agent that he lied in response back to the state. The agent man said well people lie to us everyday!
The diesel compress was from the nuke waste dump in S.C. This seller said the machine I bought from them was running. It really is junk and hasnt been run in 6 yrs! The last PM sticker indicated the machine was PM'd in 2002! The hours the hr meter being 100 hrs more that on the sticker! The entire perkins diesel is junk! The fuel system is stuck and gummed up and I cant even what the compressor end has wrong with it! The 7 gallon compressor oil tank is dry! The seller represent's the sahvanna river community reuse org. And is unlaw be giving that junk to people who want to start or improve their business for free! Man that guy is making a killing on what the goverment said they give away for free. Hold on! He is getting paid to sell the goverment junk now!
I just bought a machine from govliquidation. They lie about the weight's and conditions of the stuff they sell. If you have a quote for say 1200lbs using their weight advertised and have the same shipper pick it up after you win and finds out that it weight 1300lbs more that shipper will charge you double!
Would you want that machine if it's going to cost twice as much as you thought?
One machine that I won that is local was paid for by me and the payment returned and I was removed from their site and all future auctions period!
I complaint to their state before and they don nothing but lie!
One time the us postal service didnt pick the mail up in my box on friday, sat, and monday the payment had to be made on tuesday so I bought over night delivery from NC to AZ and it took two days! They sent payment back. They have allowed me once in the past a little time for mail delivery. Once you complain about the "Online Prevarication" they do so much of the take notice and suspend all account's and cease communicating.
I have bought 3 (3000.00 worth of machine's) that are junk! Mis-advertised as in good condition! Yes, this makes the total $9000.00 in the past 2 year's!!!
Folk's I aint even tacking on shipping on that $9000.00 either!!!
I would not do business with these companies at all!!!
The main corporate office is in Washington, DC!!!
Does that fact ring any bell's!!!
Corporate lobbying and government fraud it's the backbone of our nation!!!

This is my 'sworn' true story to anyone reading this!
I have wrote complaint's to alot of state's and they all are useless paper pusher's!!!
