Taking too much money out of my account

I selected a promotion strategy where they charge me $79 a nonth for two years. $59 for service and 20 for gear. They took out $479 all at one time and overdrew our acct. No body would help me i named 8 times and they explained different things everytime. Would send me to a boss. Acted like they couldnt help me
