We had our Elliptical machine for just a little over a year. The "crank arm" broke. The crank arm is welded to the frame and attached to the pedal arm and what turns the wheel, well it cracked off the machine! My husband tried to take it apart to see inside the main frame to see if we could fix it. What a pain that was! Once we figured out the crank arm was broken we called the company. They told us that wasn't part of the "frame" so it wouldn't be covered under warranty, but the crank arm is welded to the wheel! Go figure! They told us that to have someone come look at it, the price was $130, the crank arm cost $60, so we are looking at $190... When we paid $500 for the machine just over a year ago! They told us on the phone they were going to e-mail us the information and guess what? Still waiting for the e-mail.in the meantime, I think the piece of junk we bought will be going to the dump! Very poor customer service, poor quality!
