Takes your money very quick, nothing received after over 2 months, no respone to emails only automated replies

Ordered 15 aug amount of 160.74 usd, this was debited from my fiance's account on 18 aug. I waited until it was over 25 working days and emailed. After the 3rd email to email on website ([email protected]) threatening action in the case of reporting it as a scam and contacting the credit card company i had this reply -

'why would you thiink that we are a scam that is ridiculous. When didyou order? And all that info please?'

This reply was sent from the email [email protected].

A: When your order is placed, our system will attempt to charge yourcredit card for the amount of your order. Basically the funds will be charged when your order is made, this isdone to insure stock availabilty. If your order is not available forwhatever reason you will be notified and credit card charge will bevoided.

A: Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS Days for shipping. Holidays can take upto 20 BUSINESS days. Shipping is through Express Mail Service (EMS) then USPS flat rate. Ships direct from the factory new in the box, soyou never get any used/open/broken merchandise.

Q: I never received my order, what shall I do now?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have notreceived it, please contact Customer service. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages areoccasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safesuch as your porch, garage. The parcel is sent by STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING by EMS you should payattention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a noticefor you to claim the parcel from your local postal office. If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimateddelivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shippingcarrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 20 business days forthe trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If thepackage can be located, it will be delivered to you. A: We do not sell bootlegs, copies, unauthorized material or piratedDVDs. Our DVDs are officially authorized international releases. TheseDVDs are the same as the U.S. Released versions, the same high qualityDVD'S. There is only a slight difference with the packaging and may containAsian and English writing. They are region free or region 1 which isoriginal English audio and NTSC/PAL format compatible, which meansthey will play on all region coded DVD players.

Q: Will these DVD's play in English and are they Guaranteed to Play inall USA and Canadian DVD Players?

A: These DVD's play in English and are Guaranteed to Play in all USADVD Players AS WELL AS ALL OTHER REGIONS WE SHIP TO. All disks areeasily used with english numbers on the boxes and disks. They willalso play in any other Region 1 NTSC DVD Player. Although the sets areforeign manufactured, the sets are brand new, licensed, legal, factorymade high quality DVD's. We do not tolerate or sell pirated or bootlegversions.

Q: What is PAL, SECAM and NTSC?

A: NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) is a standard usedin North America and Japan. It has the ability to display up to 525lines of resolution. PAL (Phase Alternating Line), a standard usedalmost everywhere else in the world, has the ability to display 625lines of resolution. SECAM (Sequential Color Memory) is used sparinglyaround the world and can be found in France, parts of Greece, EasternEurope, Russia, Africa and a few other parts of the world. However, any SECAM country can display PAL tapes in full color, but not all PALcountries can display all SECAM tapes in color. Only if they are trueSECAM and not MESECAM can those VCR's display SECAM.

A: If you're in North America, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and partsof South America, you use NTSC. Most other areas of the world use PALor SECAM. Half of Brazil uses NTSC while the other half uses PAL-M. Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay use PAL-N. The rest of the world usesmainly PAL. If you're unsure what your video standard is, contact yourlocal cable or broadcast company. Also, on the back of most videotapes is indicate what video standard the tape is. This is a goodrepresentation of what your video standard is.

A: No. Best-Box-Sets is a wholesale company dealing in discountedopportunities only. All newest releases must be purchased through thestudio distributors directly.

Q: Do I need to open an account to order from your site?

A: No. You can simply add the items you are interested in purchasingto the shopping cart and checkout. You will create an account duringcheckout, which you can use the next time you order. It will rememberyour billing and shipping details for easy checkouts in the future.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: YES. We currently ship to the USA, Canada and many internationallocations. Estimated shipping costs can be calculated from theshopping cart.

A: We replace all damaged goods free of charge. Non Damaged items canbe returned, in the original new/sealed condition, within 7 days ofdelivery at the buyer's expense for a refund of item cost minus a 10%restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refunded. For DVDpre-pack assortments, we must receive the entire lot back for arefund, you may NOT keep the ones you like and return the rest. A: These are foreign manufactured setsand may have foreign writing on boxes and/or DVD's. These DVD's play in English and are Guaranteed to Play in all USA, Canadian and Australian DVD Players. They will also play in any otherRegion 1 NTSC DVD Player. Although the sets are foreign manufactured, the sets are brand new, licensed, legal, factory made high quality DVD's. Oversea release is the release outside of USA. Oversea release couldbe USA studios release their product in the oversea market, or foreignstudios release in the local market.

For same title, the differencebetween oversea release and USA release are: 1. The packaging is usually different, and may have small foreignwriting on the cover or discs. 2. Extra subtitles may be added for other languages. (These can beturned off using your DVD player.) 3. Extra audio may be added. (Again, this can be turned off using yourDVD player.) 4. Special or bonus features may be different. 5. As you can see, our prices are much lower!

Therefore i replied again and again to both email addresses stating that was not answering my question and i have since had two more of the same automated replies.
This website clearly is a scam as i gave them the option to justify why we hadnt received goods or else send us a refund, but we didnt even get a legitimet reply! Im so angry!
