Best-Box-Sets.com seems like a scam... How can I get my money back?

I order the following item on July 11:

1 x Friends Complete Season 1-10 Boxset, 40DVDs 2CDs (1025) = $108.98

I am still waiting on some "good news", but by the looks of it, it seems none will be forth coming.

Despite numerous inquiries and emails threatening some kind of legal action to reclaim my funds i still have not received my Friends DVDs. They wasted no time to bill my credit card and i was praying that somehow they hadn't cheating me of my US$108.98 after not receiving my order after how many months.

People be aware, be very aware of these sites cause they seem to have one aim in mind... Entice you with a sweet deal, take your money and then bluff you out when you start getting anxious/worried about your order.

Story: After waiting about 1 1/2 months, because i know things do take long at customs sometimes, i emailed requesting information on the progress of my ordered item. This was the reply from [email protected]

"Orders are normally shipped around 5-7 days after confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery date as the item must go through customs. It normally takes around 14-20 BUSINESS DAYS from the ship date as stated on our website. However, we have no control over how long it takes to get through this process. Tracking numbers are only available (even to us) from our shipping company after the allotted (usually a few days after shipping) amount of time has passed. All of this and other shipping information (including holiday shipping times) is stated in our shipping policy on the website.

We will ship it to the address you requested.

We will request a tracking number from the courier right away. This process takes time, please allow 4-5 days for a response. Thank you for your patience. We appreciate your business."

Being Mr. Patient and Hopeful i waited about a week and 1/2 then requested more information again, this time requesting the tracking number for the product. This was the reply, sigh!!!
