I tried to order Batman 1960’s from Liquidation-dvd-sets.com because I want to show this to my grandson. The ordering process from this site is fine. My order went through smoothly without any hassle. I received a confirmation email after I placed the order. The shipment took 11 days to arrive. I’ve got no problem with that. Me and my grandson were so excited to view the DVDs so I tried to played them on my DVD player. I was shocked because it’s not playing! I got mad and pissed so I tried to contact the company through email. A staff responded back the next day after sending them my complaint. They asked me about some stuffs regarding the DVD player I used. They asked me that if it’s 4-5 years older because the discs were designed for a newer version of DVD players. I have 3 DVD players at home and the latest were purchased last year so I tried to play it there as suggested by their customer support. The discs worked there! I feel great because they helped me with my problem and my grandson enjoyed the show. The company is very supportive with their customers. They really provide me a good assistance. I am now planning to purchase some more as gifts to my friends.
