I purchased software from this company for school. The web site say they offer an unconditional money back guarantee. Well needless to say I wasn't happy with what I got, so I asked for a refund.
After a week of no reply I contacted the company that charged my credit card, well they were able to get a reply from Dimtry. He asked what my reason was for the refund, where I told him I couldn't get it to work and due to his slow reply I bought a similar program elsewhere.
Well after a few back and fourth emails he finally told me he sent my money at Mc Donald's, and If i filed for a refund from my bank that he has my name and credit card info and would personally see that I was blocked from making internet purchases again.
I just wanted to get the word out and save someone a headache.
