We are pretty compentent people so we emailed their tech support for suggestions. No reply for 1 week. I emailed again and waited a week with no reply. We could not get software working so I asked for a refund and got... No reply. I issued a claim with paypal but paypal said the software was delivered and per their terms of service they only cover items if they are not delivered or if it is a physical product that is broken.
