After buying xbox 360 2 years ago the dvd drive stopped working l paid $125.40 to have it repaired. It got returned unrepaired.
After phoning up microsoft they said it had broken seals???
As l have had this xbox since new the seals should not be broken all xbox would say is get it repaired with an out side repairer or contact
support. Microsoft.com/common/international. Aspx which l did and guess what
L have to contact another section. L am pissed off with this merry go round
Microsoft is a company that uses any excuse not to give service
