I am furious with the so called customer service's for microsoft. Where is there call center anyway? Kept getting cut off, kept phoning, cut off ect ect. Spent thousands of pounds on xbox, games head sets, points, xbox live, microsoft pc games ect... Then when i try to phone to ask a simple question, my god, i could not understand one word!!! And ggod only knows how much i will be charged for these phone calls!!! Argggggg. Shame on you microsoft. Rosie mcmahon. Ps just want to talk to a human being who can help me and speak english!!!
