Microsoft knowingly sells xbox 360s with problems that are easily fixed. However they continue to sell them with the same problems. After five months my xbox took a dump when i contacted microsoft they said they would send a labal to have it sent in and repaired in three to five days. It has been three weeks now and nothing. When you call they put you on hold for hours at a time always to be told the would send another label. Microsofts customer service is terrible. I would suggest buying a xxxxxxxxxxxxxx prides themselfs in customer service.
